first day of school

And just like that - we now have three in school. Seems like it was just yesterday Z was born and Shadd was headed off to kindergarten.

Shadd is in 3rd grade this year. Mr. Hopkins is his teacher! He is off to the intermediate school this year so that is a new thing and a big change. He has a bunch of buddies in his class so he is super excited.

Ells is the big dog at the elementary in 2nd grade this year. She is Sage's saving grace. As they walk into school together each day! What a help it is to have her there this year as well. She has Mrs. Greenslade this year. She has quickly made some new friends this year in her class as well and is a big leader!

Sage is in kindergarten this year. Wow. That is a tough one to swallow as we moved from our old city right after he was born. Crazy. He has Ms. Sloma this year. He is in the same classroom ells was for kindergarten and has some nice buddies in his class. He is starting to read well and really enjoys each day!
