Valentines Day and the trip of a lifetime (to a 6, 4, & 2 yr old anyways)

Daddy does Valentines Day here.

We had fun opening presents and spent the day cheering on the cyclones with Z while the rest of the crew hung with Papa for the day. They had a blast. Z was a bit over tired but loved the game.

And we got some great cards and treats from our cousins and our grandmas. We are especially spoiled. Plus they love getting mail.

Grandma D gave them each a gift card to Dollar Tree so when Shadd was off on a Friday we hit up the store. I think it was the first time they got to go into that store, buy 5 things and I didn't say no to anything. Pure fun and they made some interesting choices.

They were wise and didn't choose any candy which I was a bit shocked about. Ells purchases made me chuckle though. She bought a couple pads of paper (like lined notebooks), markers, a flashlight pen (b/c we all know that might come in handy), post it notes, and i think a glow wand (but only after putting back a couple pads of paper). That girl loves to craft and scribble the day away. An artist someday or at least a crazy list maker.
