House Update

Here are some pics from d's phone, finally. I will try to take my camera if we head out to catch the workers in action this afternoon.

Getting the roof finished, then the rest of the wrap and shingles. Then we are on to plumbing, electricity, and hvac. Can you believe it?

As we meet and chat with more and more of our new neighbors I get more and more excited to live there. It will be here before you know it so right now we are just enjoying Frama and Papa's house. Literally, as they are in New Orleans this week we have the house all to ourselves. Of course, our kiddos just think that they are downstairs and for the first couple of days they just had to go check a few times. The concept of a week is a little behind Shadd's comprehension so we almost need a Christmas countdown or something.

Hopefully we will have more pics this week - with a finished roof, etc. Can hardly wait. Plus we get D home for a few days prior to the 4th, which is awesome and much needed for some r&r this week.
